There is a glitch in the rainbow flag. I am a proud queer man, but why does wearing that label still feel uncomfortable? Is the label for, me or just so I can be defined and ‘othered’ by someone else?  The LGBTQIA+ community is not a monolith. We are a collection of individuals, each of us beyond a single label and together greater than the sum of it’s many-coloured parts.
